Our History

The firm was founded by Walter Walker in 1988 and has been located at 50 Francisco Street, San Francisco, ever since. Tim Hamilton became a partner in 1999 and Pete Koenig joined the practice in 2006. Both Tim and Pete had extensive experience on the defense side before becoming plaintiffs’ lawyers.

Over the years we have been involved in a number of high-profile cases, and all of our partners have received extensive recognition for their work. Our trials and settlements have been written about in numerous national publications.
